Conditions of stay and opening times
Opening Times
- We would like to remind our guests that this is a country home where insects are naturally present. We take care to carry out the necessary pest control measures throughout the year. If you happen to see any, please let us know, and we’ll take care of it!
- Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM; late check-in from 6:00 PM onwards by arrangement with the front desk via a simple self-check-in procedure.
- Check-out from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM; late check-out from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM will be charged at 50% of the cost of one night’s stay. From 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, 90% of the cost of one night’s stay will be charged.
- Breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM
- Reception open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- SPA services from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, every day of the week by hourly reservation at a cost of €30.00 per person;
- Pool from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily. However, the property reserves the right to close the pool on weekends in case of inclement weather.
- The pool will be open from June to October.
Prices
- In order for the reservation to be valid, payment of the full amount is required before check-in by credit card or debit card
- Prices are per room per night and include continental buffet breakfast in the breakfast room, daily cleaning and tidying between 9:00 and 14:00, if guests stay in the room during this time, cleaning will be postponed to the next day; spa kit, bathroom kit, teas and coffees located in the room and first minibar supply
- Swimming pool: € 20.00 per room for 3 days
- Turkish bath and wellness area € 20.00 per room with hourly booking at the reception
- Jacuzzi € 20.00 per room with hourly booking at the reception
- Tourist tax: the Municipality of San Pietro in Cariano applies a tourist tax of € 3,50 per person per night. The tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid in cash at check-in
- For organizational reasons, payments can be made:
- at the time of booking by credit card, debit card or bank transfer;
- at check–in by credit card, debit card.
- In the event that the customer requests the replacement of bed linen or bathroom linen before the 3 days considered for the normal change, € 5.00 will be charged for each replaced item. For an ecological choice, in view of unnecessary washing and sterilizations, it is recommended not to change bed linen and bathroom sponges unless it is objectively necessary.
- In the event that a customer damages the structure or part of the structure including furniture or accessories, the damage will be quantified by the reception and charged as a cost to the room of the person who caused the damage.
- Cancellation policy: free up to 10 days before check–in, from 9 days before check–in to the scheduled arrival date 70% of the total amount of the stay will be charged, in case of no show 95% of the total amount of the stay will be retained. In case of early departure or late arrival 95% of the daily price agreed for the remaining days not used will be charged; or 100% in agreement with the customer, who will be issued a Voucher for the same amount to be used in the following season.
- On arrival (or the day before by e–mail or Whatsapp) guests must provide a valid ID document for each component (including minors under 18 years of age, who must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)
- For your four–legged friends we have:
- water bowl and food bowl, free rental at the reception
- Nr. 02 litter bags per day, for the needs of the dog, free collection at the reception
- The kind customer is kindly requested to provide the dog‘s basket / basket for the night, or to request one at the reception at a cost of € 8.00 per day.
- In the event that the customer does not collect the feces of his own dog inside the structure, a fine of € 50.00 will be applied to the room cost.
Services
- Upon arrival, guests must provide a valid ID document for each member, including minors under 18, who must be accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian who can provide proof of such role in relation to the minor.
- Given Corte Saggin’s goal of creating a relaxing atmosphere for its guests, minors under 14 are not allowed in the facility (adults only).
- Small dogs up to 5 kg are allowed. Please indicate when booking if you are accompanied by your dog and its breed. It is mandatory to keep your dog on a leash in the common areas of the facility for the respect of other guests.
- Public parking nearby with direct access to the facility through a staircase owned by Corte Saggin.
- The facility is not bookable for private parties or events.
- For access to the Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, wellness area and pool, your room will have a kit bag with towels and slippers. We inform our guests that it is not allowed to take out of the facility items belonging to Corte Saggin, such as towels provided in the rooms, kit bags or anything else; failure to comply with this rule will incur an additional cost of € 25.00 which will be charged to the room for a new sterilization of the items taken outside.
- We kindly ask you to:
- Wear swimwear inside the wellness area (sauna, Turkish bath), in the Jacuzzi area and in the pool area. Instead, it is requested, for respect and decency, to wear the bathrobe provided in the rooms, over the swimsuit in the common areas of the facility.
- Inside the Turkish bath you do not wear slippers / slippers, but you can only enter barefoot, in order to avoid contamination of the cleaning and sanitization carried out inside the sauna.
- Maintain a decent behavior inside the facility in all its areas, the staff is authorized to identify and remove all those who do not respect this indication.
- In the pool area please:
- Do not dive
- Do not use balloons, inflatables or other games that can disturb and compromise the safety of other guests
- Do not use music players without headphones or cell phone ringtones at high volume
- Do not consume food and drinks brought from outside
- Do not introduce glass containers in all relaxation areas and pool
- Do not sport umbrellas and objects present in the relaxation and pool areas
- Do not occupy sunbeds, deckchairs and relaxation stations with objects, towels or bathrobes when you are not present. The staff is authorized to remove all objects left unattended
- Do not use cosmetic products such as salts, creams, shower gels etc. inside the Turkish bath, pool and Jacuzzi.
